Robert G. Konstand, Attorney at Law is a sole practitioner in the Akron, Ohio area. As a lawyer in private practice for more than 40 years, Bob maintains a transactional practice with emphasis on business and real estate transactions, including zoning, as well as local government law. He is a skilled negotiator and knowledgeable in his clients' businesses.

Bob represents numerous real estate clients and businesses. He is Legal Counsel for Bath Township in Summit County and has represented Bath since 1998. Bob also served as “of-counsel” with the firm of Tzangas, Plakas, and Mannos from 2011 until 2017.

From 1997 to 2013 and in addition to his law practice, he was sole shareholder and President of Roadhouse, Inc., which owned and operated several full-service restaurants with more than 100 employees. Bob also has various business and real estate pursuits in Ohio and Florida.

Bob earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from The University of Akron and is admitted to practice in Ohio and Florida. He has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Akron Canton Airport since 2007 and is an active airplane pilot holding a commercial license with multi-engine and instrument ratings.
